THE OPPORTUNITY:
MATRIX is seeking a Service Technician with a CURRENT CALIFORNIA STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL BOARD, BRANCH II APPLICATOR’S or FIELD REP LICENCE who will be responsible for servicing new and existing accounts in the Central Valley through Tri-Valley (Livermore/Dublin/Pleasanton areas.

THE POSITION:
- Resolve pest problems and create great working relationships with our customers.
- Keep track of your work with our easy-to-use handheld systems.
- Proactively maintain a pest-free status in your accounts by monitoring, and strategically applying our state-of-the-art products.
COMPENSATION: $20 - $30 hourly to start (based upon experience) after a paid training period.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Branch II Applicator’s or Field Rep License from the California Structural Pest Control Board a must.
- Previous experience working independently, and with minimal supervision in the Pest Control Industry.
- Stable work history.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Great work ethic, career-minded, and success motivated!
- High School Diploma/GED.
