Pest Control Technician Job Description:

• Perform all Platinum scopes of service for bed bug treatments and general pest control services and follow Platinum SOPs and policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and handles customer complaints; investigates and resolves customer concerns
• Ensure strong communication with customers
• Must have a strong ability to work independently
• Maintains a safe working environment

Pest Control Technician Qualifications and Requirements:

• Pest Control License or 5 years of experience
• High School education or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to climb, bend/crouch, and/or crawl when necessary
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
