Critical Care Rx is a continually growing Midwest long-term care pharmacy. Setting our priorities as an integral part of the healthcare team, our purpose is to provide quality care and service to the facility which enables them to provide and maintain the resident’s optimum quality of life within the scope of the resident’s physical and psychological well-being. Currently teamed with an average of over 22 years of long-term care pharmacy experience, Critical Care Rx is looking for an energetic and ambitious individual to join the ranks.

Pharmacy hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays

Responsibilities:

• Report Directly to Billing Director
• Answer and initiate phone calls in a prompt and professional regarding general billing questions related to Medicare Part D, Hospice, Medicare Part A, Managed Care, Medicaid, and Payments
• Work processes regarding all electronic billing adjudication including communication with insurance companies regarding rejects, eligibility, prior authorizations or other issues as needed.
• Work processes regarding census review and updates, Medicare and Managed Care rebills and split bills.

Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of private pay, third party, Medicare Part A, Managed Care, Hospice and Medicaid Billing and processes

• Long-Term Care Billing Experience Preferred
• Excellent Organizational Skills and Detail Oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office ProductsBenefits offered:

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
