In-House Therapy Department, reasonable and achievable productivity standards and a positive and cohesive therapy team. This is a facility where you don't hear much about "productivity" or "profit margin", but rather "How is the patient doing", and, "Is the patient able to tolerate more treatment minutes?". It is hard to believe there is such facility out there, but Hearts And Hands Post-Acute Care Center is one of them.

We are looking to add a Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA, to our team PRN for weekends, holidays and vacation time off coverage. We are also hiring a Full Time PTA for a Tue-Sat or Sun-Th schedule each week.

The ideal Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA, candidate would be California licensed in good standing, familiar with Optima and PCC software, able to manage time efficiently and effectively, resourceful, a problem-solver with positive professional demeanor, have a proactive attitude and work-style, able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and high level of customer service.

As an in-house rehab team member, you will be an employee of the facility and as such, you will be able to attend all facility events, trainings and any other unified tasks directed by the facility administration. This will create a "One Team, One Goal" mentality for all facility staff, including the therapy team, regardless of their duties and all other involved parties.
