WEALTH MANAGEMENT (WM) OPERATIONS
Wealth Management Operations is a global organization operating in 11 cities across 7 countries in support of Wealth Management with client assets of $2.4T, 6.6M client accounts, and ~16K Financial Advisors. The organization drives operational excellence by supporting business growth, enhancing the client experience, and improving operational efficiency with a strong foundation in risk and financial management through its member divisions; Chief Operating Office, Client Service Risk & Control, Capital Markets & Core Processing Operations, Product Operations & Account Services, Private Banking Operations, and Tax & Client Reporting Operations.

The Private Banking Operations — Pledge Mortgage team is seeking a driven and motivated professional who would join the team as Pledge Mortgage Operations Associate. The Pledge Mortgage Operations team supports pledge origination, servicing, and reporting related functions which focuses on residential mortgages.

The Pledge Mortgage Operations Associate would join the Operations team and would be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of pledge related requests and projects. The candidate is expected to eventually take on roles of increasing responsibility within the Operations team.

Responsibilities Include:

> Reviewing client collateral and providing funding requirements to MSPBNA
> Performing pledged asset set up and maintenance requests
> Monitor and respond to servicing requests from Wealth Management branch offices
> Review risk reports and escalate to management when necessary
> Provide client service to the field: handle incoming calls and emails
> Managing client documentation and obtaining approval to establish the pledge
> Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
> Participate in projects and facilitate training to team members when needed
> Access Database and SQL knowledge is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills Desired:
  • Basic understanding of the principals and functions of non-purpose lending
  • Knowledge of internal MS systems a plus
  • Understanding of banking rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of VBA and/or SQL a plus

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week. #LI-Hybrid
