ARS/RR is seeking experienced plumbing technicians to join our West Covina, CA branch!

*Up to $5000 sign-on bonus depending on experience!

You will provide excellent customer service and perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements for both residential and commercial customers.

Plumbing Technician Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with clean record
• Pass a criminal background check and 4 panel drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age
• Minimum of 2 year experience as an installation or service & repair plumber.
• Expert drain cleaning abilities.
• Ability to sell jobs and perform the work.

Plumbing Technician Responsibilities:

• Daily check in to return completed paperwork and review schedule for the day.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and share solutions with customer. Provide multiple options for repair or replacement.
• Write repair or purchase estimates, selling products or services, invoice and collect payments.
• Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ensure regular maintenance of company vehicle & equipment.
• Maintain a neatly groomed and professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and direction given by management.
