We are looking for an experienced engineer UI/UX/Microservices to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of software delivery and release for applications in an azure cloud/on-premises environments. You will use multiple technologies to design & develop applications using angular, java, spring, event hub, logic apps and Kubernetes etc. Leveraging appropriate design patterns, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines are critical responsibilities for this position as well. You will work with a team of subject matter experts, architects, and software developers to deliver projects and change requests via in-house development. If you are detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and experience in this field, who can manage stakeholders’ expectation and establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints we’d like to hear from you
Job Requirements
Hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge and skills in the following technologies:
Java (Springboot, Camel, JBoss application server)
Infrastructure (Linux, databases including SQLDW, Synapse and Oracle etc.)
Security (SSL, JWT, JKS, OAuth, SAML, Threat Protection, Cryptography, WS-Security)
DevOps (Jenkins, SonarQube, VeraCode, Gitlab, Azure etc.)
Experience in Integration Architecture API Lifecycle (API Definition, Implementation and Testing, API Publication, API Consumption and API Operational Metrics)
Good understanding of distributed systems
Qualifications
Experience in an Application Development role for large/complex projects involving multiple technologies; experience with container-based technology
Experience in project Software Development Methodology – initiation, planning, tracking, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation on open systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing
Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud ecosystem
In Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $122,500 to $198,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
