What You’ll Do
As a Coach focused on design, user experience and customer experience, your role is to inspire teams and leaders to solve hard problems in ways that benefit our customers, and work for our business. You will be part of a global community passionate about developing extraordinary technology solutions to help people live their best lives.
Your day could look like this:
- Coach leaders on how to shift leadership styles and accountability that aligns with product management and comprehensive agility. Helping them create an environment where people can do their best work. Measured by and accountable to outcomes, not outputs.
- Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and teams on product discovery concepts like Lean UX, Double diamond, Human-centered design, hypothesis testing, as well as value and usability testing.
- Collaborate with coaches and product teams to change the way we work to deliver solutions our customers and users love.
- Enable leaders and teams to continuously improve what they build, how they build it, and the environment in which they do their best work.
- Pair with colleagues to curate coaching engagements that are responsive and in keeping with our vision of the future.
- Encourage and bring diverse views together to solve problems in an innovative way.
- Focus on Customer Engagement & User Experience by building value for the customer.
- Leverage techniques like persona generation, journey mapping, story mapping, and low fidelity prototyping.

Who You Are:
- You have demonstrated techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. (examples could include: journey mapping, user story mapping, lean canvas, prototyping, hypothesis testing, etc.)
- You have the ability to engage with product professionals, engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- You have 8+ years in an agile, product, design setting.
- You are a coach with 2+ years coaching and mentoring at the top of craft
- You value principles over frameworks.

- B.S Education
- Ability to learn multiple functions of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
