Production Supervisor: Projects include the full spectrum of print and digital marketing material. Websites, banner ads, emails, mobile applications, convention applications, social media, videos, brochures, flashcards, posters, sales aids and PPT training modules

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years' experience using both Mac and Windows based environments.
• Technical acumen across all media
• Working knowledge of the Mac Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop,
  Acrobat, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the Windows version of PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects, possess organizational skills, and understand a server-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workload of print and digital projects on a daily basis. Oversee the work of 2-3 Studio Artists plus occasional freelance support. Oversee production schedules and finances while maintaining the highest quality of work and consistency.
• Assess Production team workload, communicate with project management leads to ensure workload balance, and streamline efficiencies of internal resources within the department.
• Partner with Agency Project Managers to meet budget and scheduling parameters and to ensure guidelines and specifications are agreed upon.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud programs is a must; you will be using InDesign, XD, PhotoShop and Illustrator on a daily basis.
• Maintain partnerships with client production staff and vendors.
• Occasional print procurement will be required; producing specifications, bidding, procurement, opening PO’s, delivery and invoicing.
• Responsible for estimating and purchasing licensing for stock photography and iconography for each of your brands. Organization and maintenance of your asset library will be on-going.
