The Program Manager supports our customer, Indian Head University in providing the full spectrum of training and curriculum development execution including leading the:
- Design, development, and delivery of courseware
- Assessment of program effectiveness
- Programmatic monitoring (adherence to established schedules, specifications, and budgets)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.
- Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
- Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.
- Regularly communicates with management regarding the program’s status and any problems or potential problems.
- Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- DAWIA Level III (Preferred), or
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
- At least 15 years of related experience required.
Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
