Program Quality Analyst
Details

Reports To: Chief Program Officer
Education
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience
- Excellent computer skills: network knowledge preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- Accounting or statistical background preferred
- Good organizational skills; thorough; accurate; efficient
- Training capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
Requirements
- Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations or exemption
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License
- Must be able to pass state and national background checks
- Successful completion of Core Competency course.
- Successful completion of first aid and CPR class.
Overview
Ensure compliance with statistical and narrative requirements from donors and certifying agencies. System Administrator for Osnium WS client software. Manage programmatic grant reporting.
Essential Functions
- Become in-house expert on software and its application
- Facilitate all upgrades and software changes
- Provide internal technical assistance and monitor quality of data
- Communicate with the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence for software related issues as needed
- Train new users
- Ensure database meets all compliance needs
Grant Compliance
- Complete all programmatic reports as outlined in any given grant contract
- Prepare programmatic reports as required as outlined in the EJ VOCA grant Contract, which will take no less than 5% of your time.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications
- Verify that programs are meeting programmatic terms of contracts.
- Prepare for and coordinate all monitoring by donors and certifying agencies
- Serve as Single Point of Contact for civil rights compliance, assist with accommodations and auxiliary aids for the Deaf and hard of hearing
Statistical Analysis
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics on all services provided
- Generate monthly narrative reports for funders
- Create and maintain internal tools used to analyze statistics
- Create tools and reports for outcome measures; analyze data
Minimum Standards Compliance
- Create and update internal programmatic forms to meet standards
- Assist in reviewing program policies and procedure
Internal Quality Assurance
- Review grant deliverables and outcomes with staff responsible under all grant contracts executed by The Shelter
- Review grant deliverables and outcomes with staff responsible under the contract for the EJ VOCA grant, which will take no less than 5% of your time
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure program staff are meeting agency expectations
Reporting
- Complete reports and statistical information as needed for performance tracking, grant requirements, donors, and certifying agencies
- Submit monthly, quarterly, annual, and other grant reports as required
- Monitor and evaluate the programs and uses of data for program improvement and accountability
- Operate in accordance with grant and funding guidelines
Leadership Skills
- Model appropriate professional behavior and encourage other staff members to act in a professional manner
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Assist with program logic models and strategic planning
- Encourage active involvement of all staff in decision-making processes
- Initiate and facilitate change process
- Effectively manage time, projects, and multiple priorities
