With guidance from the Program Coordinator (PC), the Resource Specialist is responsible for providing supervised visitation monitoring and case management services for underserved families throughout Mendocino County.
Program Responsibilities:
Provide information for families and/or court personnel related to services
Engage families, provide intake, coordinate supervised visitation, and conduct case management as needed
Engage families in planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality improvement projects
Assist PC in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Knowledge & Experience:
Associate degree in human services field (preferred)
Experience in human services ( 2 years preferred)
Bilingual - Spanish speaking (preferred)
Education and experience can be substituted for each other
Continued professional development to expand knowledge in order to stay current with developing trends related to work responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,400.00 per year
