Responsibilities:
The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's Contracting group/ COTR's to provide documentation oversight, forging partnerships with the contracts team and various Groups to foster seamless communication. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Support various programs acquisitions
  • Support the COs and assist the Contract Officer Technical Representatives (COTR) in facilitating consensus meetings
    • Contractors that will facilitate source selection consensus meetings for any competitive acquisition that is not done at the AIC.
    • Facilitating consensus meetings would require the contractor to sit at the keyboard in the consensus meetings with all evaluators as they adjudicate the individual evaluators comments and type the comments on behalf of the evaluation team.
Additionally, the facilitator should be able to help with comment structure and impact.
  • Ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Assisting the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Assist in identification and definition of process efficiencies based on industries best practices
  • Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) and (2) Confidential Agreement and Conflict of Interest Certification.
  • Learn and use new competition tool, Sourcery, in executing in house competitions.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience performing facilitation with groups to ensure capturing work processes and workflows.
  • Broad understanding of Sponsor's acquisition activities and protocols.
  • Exceptional communication and familiarity with Sponsor's environment at both project level and executive audiences.
  • Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
  • Ability, at the executive level, to coordinate, communicate and develop polished policies for dissemination of sensitive technical information.
  • Self-starter and team player with solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience including 2 years with the Sponsor.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
