Compensation: $65,000 annual salary

About the job:

The Property Manager will support our 90-unit, Franklin Station site in Minneapolis which offers affordable housing for senior and disabled residents.

Essentials:

In this role you will lead essential functions in leadership, compliance, financial, property management and resident services, such as:

• Perform a variety of duties in the day-to-day operations and on-site management of the permanent supportive senior housing community
• Sets up appointments for lease signings and follows through with all appropriate paperwork
• Assist with rental applications
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes
• Respond to resident’s requests and feedback
• Assist with subsidy administration in accordance with HUD rules and regulations
• Schedule maintenance service requests
• Coordinate with contractors
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead a team of staff and/or contractors to make sure the building and grounds are well-maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors (Preferred)
• Prefer Property Management and leasing experience with Affordable Housing and Fair Housing
• Prefer experience with Real Page
