The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing, administering and maintaining the Quality Control Program and ensuring SWP projects are constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, local codes, and applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

What you will be doing...

  • The QC Manager is responsible for the Quality Control (QC) Program at the assigned job site. Includes but not limited to:
    • Creating the site-specific QC plan
    • Keeping the QC plan updated
    • Conduct and document the 3-phase inspection program
    • Utilizes the deficiency log to create a 0-punch list project
    • Timely performs the pre-final and Final inspections
    • If there are punch list items, they are completed timely

What will top candidates bring to the table?

  • Top candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related business field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more Quality Control experience in the Construction industry
  • Current CQM Certification through the Corp of Engineers – as required
  • Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
