Quality Trainer Job at Crumbl Cookies
Our Quality and Training Department is looking for a new Trainer to help our bakers develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Quality Trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all bakers. We want the Quality Trainer to ensure that employees are trained well enough so that all locations are producing the best cookies in the nation.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas, and transfer knowledge efficiently so that all bakers understand their responsibilities. You must be highly organized and proficient in time management.
Responsibilities would include:
- Travel to various Crumbl locations as well as the corporate office to assist in the training of all employees.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Re-train current employees in any areas of struggle.
- Monitor employees as needed to ensure that they are performing job responsibilities correctly.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable automobile
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and drive for long periods of time.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must have flexible availability
