Kilgore Companies is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter acts as a key contributor who will partner with hiring managers and our HR team to create recruiting strategies to meet the talent needs of the business.

Position Responsibilities & Performance Objectives
- Partner with HR Team and hiring managers to understand staffing and talent needs.
- Work to fill open positions and keep LOB updated
- Develop and manage talent pipelines by using proactive sourcing strategies such as social media, job posting, networking, etc.
- Leverage technology to build candidate pipelines; screen candidates and streamline the hiring process.
- Works with extended HR team members to ensure that jobs and open headcount are accurately documented, classified and market priced
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and communicate as appropriate with candidates and hiring managers on the status of the process
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers, meet established key benchmarks for measuring effectiveness of recruiting efforts, and complete and review recruiting reports
- Serves as subject matter expert on all recruiting systems and technology; facilitates training for managers, to include the Applicant Tracking Tools (ATS)
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR experience working in a high paced environment or a combination of corporate and agency environments
- Experience using an ATS and adhering to recruiting process
- Ability to partner with hiring managers in a collaborative way to achieve shared outcomes
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred not required
- Previous experience recruiting a range of positions from college grads to front line operators and professional drivers preferred
- Experience leveraging social media to engage candidates
- Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and engaging underrepresented candidates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
