Position Summary:

As a Recruiter at MDS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to support our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships will contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications for various positions.

· Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

· Identify potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.

· Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.

· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.

· Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

· Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [industry/field].

· Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
