Position's Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $112,200.00 / Salary , depending upon experience.

In this role, the Regional HR Field Manager is responsible for providing leadership and support for all HR practices and objectives, providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. This role works closely with the HR team to provide support to multiple groups across all business functions.

A day in the life would look like:

• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations for the assigned region.
• Conduct/coordinate training programs and identify training needs of employees, managers and teams.
• Conduct investigations regarding sensitive or complex issues and work with in-house legal counsel to provide resolution.
• Provide advice and counsel to Business Unit Leaders, supervisors and all levels of management regarding Human Resources practices, policies, and employment laws in order to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Act as liaison between staff and management to address various issues as necessary.
• Coach and counsel managers on issues related to employee development, performance management, succession planning, and other general HR issues.
• Team with management to determine the appropriate disciplinary process/action and/or termination for employees; assist management in preparing disciplinary or termination documentation.
• Coach management and terminal leaders on relationship building, leadership, and employee retention.
• Act as point of contact for employees to report concerns and complaints.
• Build and maintains a positive and proactive relationship at the terminal level with all terminal employees and with all levels of management.
• Assist and coordinate onboarding of new managers within assigned region.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
• Moderate travel to various locations within assigned region.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive responsibility with the HR field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive subject matter and difficult conversations.
• Ability to be assertive when advising or providing guidance to managers and leaders and when making HR related decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to successfully complete multiple tasks in required time frames.
• Ability to foster and sustain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment as well as be an effective team player.
• Clear understanding of employment law including, but not limited to, FLSA, ADEA, ADAAA, Affirmative Action, Title VII, FMLA, Workers Compensation, and HIPAA.
• Strong PC knowledge and skills such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
