Your Role in the Organization:


Join our Team as a Regional Nurse Consultant SNF. This position will serve the Nashville area. The Regional Nurse Consultant is responsible for providing support to skilled and long-term care facilities to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.


This is a hands-on position designed to provide clinical and operational oversight to an up-and-coming clinical team. The perfect candidate will have expertise in skilled and long-term practice and the willingness to develop and strengthen the clinical force.


This position will have familiarity with post-acute care and the desire to prepare the clinical team to feel comfortable managing acutely ill patients. We look to this individual to prepare the staff for survey process and help them support continuous quality improvement.

Essential Job Functions


  • Ensure Facilities are in compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures and complies with all state regulations

  • Understands and implements company policies and procedures

  • Performs clinical audits and offers implementation strategy as necessary

  • Provides clinical training and support to all staff

  • Performs regular review of Electronic Medication Administration Records(EMAR) reports to ensure compliance

  • Assist in hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing the work of facility staff as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required

  • Five years management experience with experience in skilled and long-term care
