Regional Operations Coordinator Job at PrimeSource Building Products, Inc.
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a regional support position that will have a focus on Proof of Delivery compliance, ensuring each order has the proper documentation to support a valid POD. This role will be the region liaison for POD’s with the national account team. Will partner with multiple departments such as: the Operations leaders within the region, transportation and logistics departments, National account teams, and customers to drive exceptional performance. This role will include training DC teams on key POD process.

- Responsible for ensuring all shipments have proper POD documents per customer and company requirements and confirming deliveries
- Responsible for clearing and daily maintenance of the ESKER / SPOD programs applications
- Partner and work with all with the Sales, Operations, Logistics, and customers within the region for POD compliance and continuous improvement.
- Uploading all required documentation onto secured network
- Support daily operations within the region by tracking results and providing data
- Performs miscellaneous duties as requested.

Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meeting and appointments on time.
Work Location This work is critical to be conducted at the assigned office, with remote work not practical.

Has ability to establish and maintain a culture of safety for employees and ensure that work processes are free from safety and health hazards. Ensures that employees are trained, and programs are active to ensure safety.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing software. SAP helpful.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
