Responsibilities:

*YOU MUST BE WILLING TO RECEIVE UP-TO-DATE COVID AND FLU VACCINES, NO EXCEPTIONS (THIS IS BECAUSE OUR CLEVLEAND CLINIC LOCATION REQUIRES IT AND YOU WILL BE WORKING THERE QUITE OFTEN)

· Work together with the operations team and café to achieve immediate hiring goals

· Drive to different cafes in the market to hold open interviews or help with onboarding

· Staff new cafes for grand openings

· Run on-site hiring events at high schools, colleges, job fairs, & community events

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications on all job boards and social media platforms

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media platforms, colleges, etc

· Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, ATS, databases, social media etc

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Assess applicants’ relevant skills, experience, and work history

· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

· MUST be willing to drive to different cafes in the Cleveland, Akron, Canton market each day of the week (company will cover gas and mileage)

· Desire for committed, long term growth with company

· Proven work experience as a Recruiter

· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews such as video interviewing (zoom, facetime) phone interviewing, reference checks, etc

· Knowledge of ATS, job boards, social media, how to advertise online and in community

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, & organizational skills

· Willingness to work well with others and take instruction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
