Navarre Dentistry and Orthodontics (NDO) is a multi-disciplinary practice that currently has a part-time opportunity for an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our outstanding Team and serve our wonderful patient base.

The successful candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience, show a stable work history and provide three professional references.

This is a part-time position. This position requires a skilled, confident, organized and personable individual who is also a passionate oral health/hygiene educator to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering excellent oral hygiene care to patients following protocols of our office for standard of care along with ADA, ODA best practices and OSHA regulations.

The Practice follows all OSHA and ADA recommended COVID-19 safety guidelines and our building has Air Scrubbers by Aerus

The successful candidate is also expected to understand her / his role as an integral part of the dental team. The Hygienist must perform her / his role as an educator to each patient, teaching best practices and disseminating current information regarding oral hygiene, caries prevention, periodontal disease (this Practice has an in-house Periodontist), tobacco use and available cessation programs, oral cancer and screenings (we use Goccles for in-mouth cancer screenings), along with numerous other valuable facets of Dental Care.

Our Team consists of three outstanding Dentists, an Orthodontist, a Periodontist, an EFDA, Assistant, Office Administrator, and our Managing Partner.

This Practice sees patients Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as limited Fridays.

Remuneration is commensurate with experience, education and demonstrated skill level with hourly pay ranging between $33.00 - $38.00/hr, continuing education, scrubs/uniform allowance.
