DIETITIAN (Registered) Full time
Hamilton Grove and Rehabilitation Center in Hamilton is seeking a permanent full time (40 hours) Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team.
The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for coordinating the nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting dietary information about residents.
Position requires a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Must be able to perform the job duties independently and be a team player.
Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
