Job Title: RN Rehab Nurse

Location: Fayetteville, NC, USA

Blended Rate: $2700/Wk

Stipend: $1274/wk

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Rehab Nurse to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care and treatment of patients in our rehabilitation unit. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and other nurses to ensure comprehensive care is provided to each patient.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient assessments to identify physical, emotional and social needs

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

- Teach patients and their families about care techniques and self-management strategies

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care

- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records

Requirements:

- Current Compact state license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing

- Knowledge of physical rehabilitation practices and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records
