Registered Nurse (RN) Job at Salus Home Health Solutions
RN Home Health Nurse that will be traveling to patient's homes for wound care, wound VACs, infusions, lab draws, PICC dressing changes, G tube care, colostomy/ostomy care, vitals/teaching/medication management. Duties will vary depending on the patient's needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
-NEED TO KNOW WELLSKY/KINNSER
-NEED AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE TREATING PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES
-MUST BE IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA
-MUST DRIVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO THE PATIENT'S HOMES
-COMPLETE OASIS SOC, ROC, RECERT, DC
Job Types: Contract, PRN
Pay: $50.00 - $125.00 per hour
