We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL. As a Permanent RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your skills and expertise will be put to the test every day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
