The Optalis Company is looking to hire Resident Assistants at the Pickaway Manor Care Center to ensure residents receive appropriate personal care and are enabled to attain their optimum level of functioning. This individual will assist with room changes including complete room clean and clean building areas including patient/resident rooms/bathrooms and common areas to include, but not limited to sweeping, dusting and mopping. This individual will also provide the housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff in all areas of the facility as well as laundry duties for the residents.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education. High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience. 1-2 years’ experience in long term care and in the management of resident care preferred.
