Must have at least 6 months of hands on care experience OR CNA class completion

Resident care aide will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living by following a step by step routine sheet.

This position does require assisting multiple resident's in an independent living building.

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming,
• meal preparation, shopping, transportation, light housekeeping and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders, diabetic supervision - document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
• Help with pet care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
