Seeking experienced Residential HVAC Technicians and Installers to service and install residential and light commercial HVAC duct systems and equipment, while providing top notch customer service. Please note that this is NOT a seasonal position. We want you to join our team permanently and grow with us!!

We are a growing company located in Raleigh NC, so ideal candidates will be familiar with and willing to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as well. Work will require some on-call hours that does include bonus earnings for each after hours onsite call completed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories

• Demonstrate technical competency

• Complete jobs efficiently and accurately while exceeding customer expectations

• Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties, collects, records and delivers fees to the office

• Build trust with customers to promote referrals and repeat business

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Licenses:

• 3+ Years of Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent *Required
• Valid NC Driver’s License with clean driving record *Required
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed *Required
• EPA Certification *Required
• NATE Certification

• Proven track record in HVAC heating and cooling systems

• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service and people skills

• Comfortable installing round and rectangular duct

• Proficient in installing gas and refrigeration pipe

• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshoot and install all residential and light commercial systems

• Able to measure duct work and install equipment accessories

• Ability to supervise entry level employees

• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surrounding (OSHA certifications are a plus!)

• Understand and apply all relevant codes

Bolton Construction and Service, LLC is offering a sign on bonus of $3000 for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician and/or Experienced Install Technician. ½ to be paid when the candidate completes the probationary period (Typically 90 Days) and the remainder paid after 12 months of full time employment.

Referral Bonus:

Bolton Construction and Service, LLC is offering a referral bonus of $3000 for an Experienced HVAC service technician and/or Experienced Install Technician. Candidate must complete the probationary period (Typically 90 Days) to receive 1/2 bonus and remaining paid upon completion of 12 months full time employment.
