Residential Project Manager/Estimator Job at Elite Builders General Contracting, LLC
Elite Builders General Contracting LLC is growing and is looking to hire a full time RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR. Our ideal candidate can oversee multiple projects from all aspects: design, estimating, owner selections, and execution. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
- Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates for the product or service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors and managing their bids.
- Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors.
- Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects.
- Oversee projects from beginning to end, while maintaining the budget.
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong construction knowledge.
- Experience with preparing construction cost estimates.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and be a representative of the company.
- Proactive, flexible, team player who is comfortable working in a small company environment and taking on a leadership role.
- Highly motivated, self-starter.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lima, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Project management: 1 year (Required)
