Sie sind Teil des Formulierungsteams am Standort Industriestraße 72 und verantwortlich für regelkonforme Richtlinien und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Sie sind der verantwortliche Ansprechpartner für alle am Formulierungsprozess von plasmatischen und synthetischen Verbindungen beteiligten Parteien

• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aktueller Prozessrichtlinien (SOP, MBR/eMBR), um eine regelkonforme Formulierung von plasmatischen und synthetischen Produkten am Standort der pharmazeutischen Produktion zu gewährleisten

• Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen, die zu kürzeren Durchlaufzeiten, geringeren Kosten, weniger Komplexität und höherer Effizienz führen, in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Vorschriften und in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Partnern (GxP, EHS)

• Vertretung des Standorts bei Behördeninspektionen und Besucherführungen

• Leitung der Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse innerhalb der Abteilung

Voraussetzungen:

• Frühere Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem Pharma- oder Lebensmittelunternehmen

• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, EDV-Kenntnisse.

• Hoher Geschäftssinn zur Erreichung vorgegebener Unternehmensziele

• Detailorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Hygienebewusstsein

• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Schlüsselqualifikationen und - Kompetenzen:

• Starke Erfahrung mit Formulierungstechnologien

• Hohe GMP-Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Englisch und Deutsch)

• Hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit

• Effiziente und unkomplizierte Problemlösung/Prozessanpassung bei Bedarf
