Position Info

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager ensures the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and great customer service. Responsible for the overall management to include planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all restaurant activities and inventories to ensure efficient operation of department; staffing, training, scheduling of employees so that they are capable of delivering a quality product which exceeds the guests expectations and hotel standards in a friendly and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years experience in the food and beverage industry
• Six months to one year in a management position
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
