Brand New Doubletree by Hilton is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our on-site fine dining 110 seat restaurant-390 Prime Steak & Seafood-Farm to Table concept restaurant.

Position Summary:

The primary duty of the Restaurant Manager is to assist the Director of Food & Beverage and Chef in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager is directly accountable for the supervision, organization, and daily operation of the Front of House Teams and is responsible for ensuring our Guests experience the genuine hospitality to the Hilton Brand standard. The successful Restaurant Manager is dedicated to excellence in food, beverage, service, and hospitality, is committed to developing themselves and others, and has an unwavering drive to support our Team as they take care of our Guests.

Essential Functions

• Drive Up-sales and Guest experience
• Support Team Member development for future internal promotions.
• Manage performance of Team Members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
• Perform effectively in the FOH rotation as scheduled.
• Make excellent business decisions and exercise sound judgment
• Anticipate business, staff and guests needs
• Develop social media presence on a regular basis
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities
• Actively source talent to build a winning team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. Including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment

• A minimum of two (2) year of restaurant-hotel-hospitality experience required
• Steak and/or fine dining restaurant experience a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members
• Successful completion of Hilton Brand F&B training programs required within 30 days of the first day on the job- Hilton experience a plus
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required-College a plus
