QUALIFICATIONS
- One year of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry
- One year of experience as a shift leader
- Open to working weekends
- Desire to be a part of a collaborative team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct retail store operations (i.e., schedule appointments, handle money, open and close the store)
- Achieve retail goals to help support growth of the company
- Maintain knowledge of Aveda products and the service wheel
- Perform mini-services (think hand massages and scalp assessments)
- Organize and participate in store events
