Revive Production Associate

Job Summary

Our Revive Production Associates are trained in all aspects of our floor. From inbounding orders, quality assurance, order matching, and outbounding. This position requires a detailed eye to ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded. As a Revive Production associate, you will be cross trained to float between stations based on where the business need is.

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the Revive Production Associate at Hemster. Duties / Responsibilities:

● Keep a safe work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace

● Process, sort and organize incoming shipments for revive

● Uses the Hemster Platform for all stations to move orders from inbound through outbound

● All incoming orders should be processed, received,and inspected.

● Inspects the work completed by vendors to ensure quality meets our standards.

● Uploads photos into the portal during garment inspection

● Uses Hemster Product to create garments, log damages, and report on repairs required.

● Ensure all orders are packaged according to Hemster standards

● Ensure boxes are correctly sorted for shipping to the proper brand.

● Ensures all QC inspected garments are correctly matched by their garment ID into the proper brand bins by end of workday

● Assist with the maintenance of the facilities including, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning.

● Other duties involved include; breaking down boxes, removing trash and recycling.

Requirements:

● Ensure Hemster’s standard for efficiency, accuracy and quality are always met for all inbound/outbound related activities

● Ability to read, write, and understand English

● Self-motivated and team-oriented

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems

● Ability to navigate online portal & basic computer skills.

● Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues

● Forklift certified would be preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing this job a Garment Production Associate is regularly required to stand, sit, reach, and kneel. Physical ability to lift and move 50lbs. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime. Work hours are typically 20-29 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Weekend availability needed.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
