Nabors drilling will interview/hire inexperienced candidates, if they are the right candidates, IF they have inexperienced slots open & candidates that have similar work history background, such as outside physical labor work experience in the oilfield, around/or drilling rigs and have worked in all types of weather for extended periods of time, up to 12+ hours daily. Inexperienced slots open and close quickly. Experienced candidates have around 6 months of experience on a oil drilling rig as a floorhand.
