Organizes and oversees patient care delivery while monitoring and assessing the current environment for smooth hospital operations.- Ability to serve as a leader and teammate.
- Ensure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patients.
- High level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with physicians, nurses, patients, and families.
- Monitor the efficiency of your department.
- Mentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g., ADN).- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
- Current and Active CA RN License
- Current BLS certification
