Job Description:
Reports to the Division Leader. Responsible for ensuring all Rocket Wash facilities and equipment are presentable and in proper working condition for our valuable customers.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the day-to-day preventative maintenance of equipment at all Rocket Wash locations
• Car Wash repairs and troubleshooting
• Travel between locations and provide scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repairs
• Trouble shoot, resolve, and test electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic issues
• Read and interpret manuals and equipment documentation
• Comply with all safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
• Work efficiently and effectively when juggling multiple projects
• Follow up on tasks to verify timely completion and quality of work done.
• Effectively communicate and maintain strong working relationship with Division Leader and Site Leaders at each location.
• Protect the assets of the company

Non-Essential Functions:

• Communicate effectively with Leader and customer concerns, complaints and requests
• Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform
• Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable of basic heating, electrical, plumbing and assembly. Must have own vehicle and current auto insurance. Capable of solving problems quickly. Flexible with schedule. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
