We are seeking a hard-working and diligent individual with experience in manual labor, roofing, or any type of construction to join our team of Roofing Installers. The Laborers will be responsible for assisting their Crew Lead in new construction roof installations, residential re-roofs, roof repairs (leaks, missing shingles, broken tiles, etc.). The main types of roofing installations performed are tile and lightweight tile roofs, shingle roofs, SA cap and base rolled roofing for flat roofs, and Elastomeric coatings. We are interested in hiring individuals who are able to work well in a team-based environment, and who possess excellent communication skills and can follow instructions/directions properly.
Responsibilities:
- Know how to operate a variety of hand tools.
- Know how to use hand and power tools.
- Be able to lift and carry heavy items.
- Be able to follow written procedures.
- Be able to understand oral instructions.
- Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Know how to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
