We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing team in our stores on Pier 39 and Sausalito!
We are fast-paced seasonal retail business. We have great opportunities for advancement and flexibility - including development in the fields of merchandising, operations general management, buying, and product development.
Current and recent retail employees and assistant managers from fast retail such as H&M, Forever21, The Gap, Old Navy, Zara, Abercrombie are strongly encouraged to apply. We are a busy retail environment.
So what will I be doing every day?
-Gain knowledge of our merchandise line and the location of items in our stockroom.
-Maintain proper stock levels of all store merchandise on sales floor.
-Manage healthy stock levels and organization standards of stockroom.
-Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills.
-Cash register assistance.
-Placing and/or hanging back items as your work.
-Replenishing merchandise after selling.
-Folding and placing merchandise on the correct hanger, placement.
What experience do I need?
-1-2 years experience in retail, 2-4 years experience for Assistant Manager position.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Enthusiasm and passion for fashion, leadership and/or tourism
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
-Fluent in English is required.
