As a Sales Coordinator, you will work directly with our Sales and Service teams and have direct affect on the customer ordering, communication, and accounting experience. Please see qualifications and responsibilities below:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Self-starter who can work independently or with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Able to effectively manage time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process orders, monitor inventories, initiate/track delivery, and invoice for new equipment, used equipment, and warehouse products
  • Maintain complete files on all orders
  • Ensure proper entry and organization of orders
  • Approve and code vendor invoices for payment
  • Handle vendor payment inquiries
  • Communicate all required leasing documents to appropriate financial institutions
  • Monitor Company forklift fleet inventories
  • Process credits and re-invoice equipment when necessary
  • Track warranty registration and complete warranty installation
  • Timely generation and dispersal of required reporting
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal systems
  • Ability to thrive in a team
  • The drive to work with limited supervision
  • Candidate must be able to multitask while dealing directly with manufacturers, sales representatives, customers, and leasing companies, other dealers, as well as the aftermarket departments within our company
  • Knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and practices
  • Interact with vendors by ordering equipment and follow up on delivery of orders
  • Communicate proactively with Sales Representatives and customers concerning the status of orders (ETA, etc.)
  • Invoice equipment using NDS operating system
  • Work with A/R to follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Verification of proper gross profit, and maintaining sales commission reports for management
  • Act as a primary resource for calls, emails, and voicemails when Sales Representative is unavailable
  • Provide sales support for overflow work from Sales Team when immediate assistance is required
  • Coordinate with the service department or out of territory dealers to ensure equipment preparation for customers
