Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Data Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring data quality and integrity for Business Development efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Sales Operations to prepare sales data, metrics reports, and dashboards in customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) system
- Perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies
- Perform data entry for Regional, Market, Assignment goals, and quota
- Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy
- Create and maintain a reference guide for reports and dashboards
- Assist with sales territory mapping
- Partner with the Corporate Sales team on tools rollouts and support as needed
- Assist with customizations and design of CRM and BI system
- Assist with implementation, testing, and validating data and software systems
- Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the data and reporting quality
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in a data-related role
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Data Tables
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other CRM experience required
- Attention to detail and commitment to executing work efficiently
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization/business intelligence software a plus
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present data in a simple and straightforward way for non-technical audiences
- Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects and assignments, often competing with deadlines
