At Closet Factory, we design, sell and install customer storage solutions designed around the customer. Closet Factory is hiring sales representatives/designers in the Concord/Kannapolis area of the Charlotte metro.

Are you a "people person"? Self-motivated? Are you creative, with great communication skills and like helping people?

As a Closet Factory Designer, we provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. Closet Factory provides an in-home customer experience by designing and selling closets, home offices, pantries, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions for homes. Position responsibilities include a consultative selling approach, estimating, measuring home spaces and customer service. You will receive complete sales and design training.

Earn $3k-$5k in commission and bonuses per month. No cap on earnings. No base pay, commission only.

Specific Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience and/or customer service where you confidently sell and promote a product
• Home improvement related sales experience a plus
• You must be trainable/coachable
• Intermediate computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Responsible and reliable
