We are looking for a few individuals to assist in the growth and management of our new office. As a company, we want to not only impact our customers circumstance but our employee’s as well. This is a full-time, permanent position that allows the right individual to run their own team. Our goal is to help every employee become an expert in sustainable and eco-friendly home solutions. We are looking for hard working and dedicated sales leaders who have a desire to upstart their career and learn to run their own teams.

Primary Responsibilities

We are on the essential work-list to see which homes qualify for the federal benefits of switching to solar. We have teams that go home to home in residential neighborhoods to see if homeowners qualify. If they do, we set them up with an appointment where they can meet with a consultant and go over a clean energy savings report to assist them with the transition to solar. For this position Nova is looking for someone to assist in the opening of our new office and implement our proven business model with their own team. Job responsibilities include recruiting, training and managing.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
