Sales Manager of Energy Solutions Job at The Hill Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales strategies, business development, and execution.
- Create sales plans for Account Managers.
- Work with other team leaders to develop sales strategies for the rest of the company.
- Monitor and ensure that all sales goals are achieved.
- Assist in the hiring of business development personnel.
- Educate and train internal Hill Group personnel on Aero’s services and what to look for in an opportunity.
- Educate external customers on Aero’s services via meetings, lunch and learns, etc.
- Entertainment of current and potential customers.
- Monitor all associations’ activity. Create plans to maximize opportunities at vendor fairs, conferences, and meet and greets.
- Create a plan of execution to optimize Aero’s external exposure. Work with marketing to develop opportunities including blogs, social media, and print.
- Identify and qualify sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements:
- Business or technical degree
- 7-10 years of leadership or sales experience
- Ability to work onsite in the Franklin Park, IL office
