Sales Representative (Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Clinic) Job at Invigorate Health
Full-time salary plus monthly sales bonus. For the right candidate, potential to grow into a regional sales manager in 1 year.
Base pay range: $30,000 with less than 1 year med spa sales experience. Up to $55,000 with 5 years med spa sales experience (Someone who can jump right in and needs no training.)
Bonus: $1000-$3000 per month in bonus. A high performer will generate $5000-$10,000 per month in bonus after building a clientele.

Summary Job Description:
We are a modern and stylish aesthetic & anti-aging practice looking for an experienced and highly-driven sales representative to help us become the #1 destination for all anti-aging services in Nashville, Franklin & Mount Juliet. Job duties include:
· Deliver a perfect level of service to high-end patients.
· A flexible work schedule is required for evenings and weekends based on client needs.
· Host 6 promo events per year
· Host 6 Botox pop ups per year
· Perform community outreach and setup at 1 local event monthly
· Perform 20 new patient consultations per week
· Answer sales related calls.
· Log notes on all customers and calls
· Book 8 influencer appointments per month.
· Maintain strong working relationships with the Creative and Marketing department. Share social media content ideas to effectively promote products and services.
· Make contributions to social media.
· Maintain strictest confidentiality possible; adhere to all HIPAA (Federal patient privacy laws) guidelines/regulations. Protect identities and health information of patients at all costs. Process patient payments.
· Be a team player. Anticipate any obstacles in the workflow/office and stop problems before they start!
Inside Sales
· Generate a recurring stream of new leads via prospecting, referrals, influencers, social media, email, and your personal network.
· Network with other luxury businesses in town to build your book of clients.
· Maintain a wonderful and welcoming ambience at the clinic. Host patients in a
hospitality environment.
· Establish a returning client base by developing and maintaining long lasting client relationships.
· Make 50 outgoing calls & texts per day
· Provide support at reception desk when needed. Answer phones and schedule patients.
· Contact existing and potential customers to inform them about products/services via phone, email, text.
· Answer general patient questions about services, pre-care, after-care.
· Be able to recognize medical questions that should be answered by licensed healthcare professionals only (nurses/nurse practitioners).
· Meet monthly sales goals at required timelines.
Outside sales:
· Influencer outreach and negotiations.
· Make 8 sales site visits per month for each avenue (Aesthetics, Concierge Medicine & Functional Medicine)
· Schedule meetings & appointments with partner businesses
Job requirements:
At least 2 years proven track record in face-to-face sales. History of meeting aggressive sales goals.
· Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills.
· Outgoing, builds new relationships easily.
· Has a strong personal network in the geographic location.
· Experience working with high-end clients preferred.
· Experienced working with influencers or members of the entertainment industry preferred.
· PR experienced preferred
· Above average sense of design, fashion, art, and/or beauty.
· Communication must always be respectful, professional, and friendly.
· Knowledge of a CRM such as SalesForce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc
· College degree, or 4 years start-up experience
· Ability to learn a service & product line that is technical/medical in nature.
Compensation:
Pay structure based predominantly on commission.
Base pay + uncapped commission
