The Sanitation Operator is job classification Bulgur Sweeper and is most frequently assigned to 1st shift but with some requirements to work swing shift and paid $22.83 per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

Core Functions:

• Sweeps and cleans floors, walls, ceilings, roofs and equipment.
• Sprays floors, walls, ceilings, roofs and equipment.
• Cleans product bins.
• Removes refuse.
• Assists Millers when needed in case of choke-ups or other trouble.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule and overtime when needed is required.
• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required.
• Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
• Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
• Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
