About the job
Reporting to the U.S. Technical Manager, you will be interacting online with existing customers throughout Latin America and the U.S./Canada participating at a presales phase to support Proof of Concepts (PoC) with the sales team. Most of the work is online either office-based in the LAX area or home-based in Los Angeles County. Travel opportunities to customer site visits, a few exhibitions and Symtrax internal meeting with other worldwide office members.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English. Will be handling matters with customer base in Latin America, US and Canada.
- Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
- Provide support for difficult and complex system environments.
- Provide support, assistance and training to users.
- Addressing customer’s Procure to Pay / Order to Cash projects regarding SAP Integration of Vendor invoices or inbound Purchase Orders
- Interacting with our installed base to help them achieve digital transformation of their Enterprise with e-document interchanged through high-end software installation involving on-premises, Hybrid or SaaS configuration.
- Have SAP functional consultant skills to not only include ERP integration, but to manage workflows from the receiving phase to transformation, verification and validation phases
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bright, energetic, highly motivated self-starter with experience in a fast-paced, results oriented organization
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business-related field
- At least 2 years workplace SAP experience
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and grow as a professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with enterprise IT infrastructures, ERP systems and security
- Able to translate technical advantages into business benefits
Special Note: Work from Home 3 days a week and Los Angeles Office 2 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
