Hill City Harley Davidson is currently looking for a store manager. Candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the store including staff management, financial management, merchandising, driving sales and customer service, ensuring best practices and meeting quality standards to achieve key results and support company strategies. Job sharing is a possibility for this position.
Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Employees
- Supervise, train, and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance, product knowledge, and inventory/restock
- recruit and hire employees and maintain a schedule to meet operational requirements and maximize productivity.
- May-July: 2 Full-Time and 2-4 Part-Time employees.
- Rally: 14-18 Full-Time Employees
- September- October: 1-2 Full-Time and 1-3 Part-Time employees.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Implement company processes to ensure follow through and completion of tasks.
- Sales/Store Operations
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product, and service within the store.
- Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and display.
- Administrative
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including timely submission of all personnel paperwork and monitoring banking, cash, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
